Gabe Mensah is a Personal Chef in Toronto who provides a culinary experience to clients in their home. He does in-home cooking classes (for individuals, couples and groups) and caters events in client’s homes such as dinner parties, holiday events, etc. He has a special talent for creating delicious meals with healthy substitutions for those with food allergies and dietary preferences (eg: gluten-free, paleo, keto, etc).
Gabe is a classically-trained chef born in Ghana, Africa and raised in Toronto. His passion for food began at an early age while learning to cook alongside his Mom in the family kitchen.
Gabe has three decades of experience as a chef working in a variety of settings including restaurants, hotels, fine dining and catering for large parties and intimate settings. Chef Revolution personal chef service was born out of Gabe’s passion for food and desire to share his culinary expertise with others. At Chef Revolution our goal is to create a memorable culinary experience by bringing high quality, nutritious food into your own home or workplace.
Chef Gabe enjoys travelling to tropical destinations to keep his creative juices flowing. No matter the destination he is inspired by local ingredients and cultural dishes. Due to his own history with food allergies he has developed a special talent for creating delicious meals with healthy substitutions. He`s built up quite a repertoire of meals that are gluten-free, paleo and tasty! He is also an active individual who not only knows the benefits of eating healthy and exercising - he lives it.
Chef Gabe has been featured in Toronto Life magazine, showcased his cooking on CTV's Your Morning Show and was a featured chef on YTV’s cooking show “Cook’d”. For all of Gabe’s events his attention to detail, emphasis on fresh, healthy ingredients and personal interaction with guests are what set his cuisine apart.
